Sunday Worship

The Mother’s Day Banquet is for everyone not just mothers and daughters. The men and boys are invited as well. It will be held on May 11th at 6:00 P.M. in the Fellowship Hall. The banquet will be catered by Hughes Meats & Deli.

The Menu is as follows: Roast Beef/Filling/Gravy, Stuffed Chicken Breast/Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Fruit Salad, Chocolate Cake with Peanut Butter Icing, Cherry Cheese Dessert

Price for the meal: Age 13 to adult—-$20.00, Age 5 to 12—-$10.00, Age 4 and under---Free

Entertainment is a musical performance by Maria Rose & Danny Elswick. They are the same band we had last year. We had requests to have them back again.

Our charity contribution this year is to support Olivia’s House in Hanover. Olivia’s House is a grief and loss center for children. Please keep on the lookout for their wish list and bring an item to the banquet. Items will be delivered to Olivia’s House the week after the banquet.

A sign-up sheet for the banquet will be on the bulletin board soon. We look forward to seeing you at the banquet.

Save the date! VBS will be held June 23 - June 27. This year’s theme will be science related. If you are interested in helping, please contact the church office.
